One stick makes 50 to 100, 500 ml bottles of hydrogen water. Before using for the first time: Wash the H2 Water Stick with running water. Instructions for use: Put the H2 Water Stick in to 500 ml or 750 ml bottle, fill the bottle with water, close the cap tightly. And wait for about 12 to 15 hours. Enjoy your fresh hydrogen water !
