Shungite is known as efficient natural filtering instrument. Thanks to its unique structure and chemical composition it absorbs up to 95% of different water polluting element. Shungite water stones sets provide you with not only just pure, but healthy water. It is used to treat skin related problems, respiratory diseases, headaches and some other health issues.

In order to make shungite water you need about 100 grams of regular shungite stones per liter. Wash them under the tap water and put in a pitcher or jar. Leave the stones in water for at least 24 hours and then drink shungite water fresh by adding more water to the jar as you drink it. Shungite starts filtrating after within first few hours, but the more you keep shungite stones in the water, the more positive effects you will receive.

If you use shungite stones for water purification on a regular basis, it is recommended to clean and re-charge them once in a month or two. To restore filtering capacity of shungite’s surface put your stones in acidic water (mix of water and lemon acid or vinegar) for a couple of hours, then wash under running water and place in full sunshine for 3+ hours turning them once. Solar energy will recharge shungite and you will be able to go back to the original instructions.
